This Matrix Switch Corporation MSC-SFL-123 16 Channel 3G-SDI - SDI/HDSDI Over Fiber Extender - CWDM Fiber Link Product Solution are complete systems. These systems take SDI copper BNC inputs and then convert them using SMPTE MSA SFP plug in's, to single mode optical fiber for distances of up to 20KM and back to SDI BNC copper video outputs.
The Model MSC-SFL-123 System provides sixteen 3G-SDI channels over a single fiber using CWDM like the Model MSC-SFL-121 System, except the single CWDM fiber to sixteen channel SDI BNC receiver is a powerful 1RU routing switcher, with RS232, RS485, Ethernet, web page interface, and several front panel options, including simple status panel (default), Push Button XY Control or multi-function 1/4 VGA Display, thumb wheel, and keypad local control panel. The sixteen channel SDI BNC to single CWDM fiber transmitter is the same compact passive device as used in the Model MSC-SFL-121 System.
