There are several ways to find products on our website: Search, Category Browse, and Manufacturer Index.
Keyword Search - The standard search system for HDTVSupply.com is the Keyword Search, located under the category navigation on the upper left side of the website. Enter the keyword(s) or part number you are looking for into the search field and click "Go" to search every product on the HDTVSupply.com website. If you find your search was too broad, search within the results to narrow down the product selection, or refine by any of the methods available to the left of your search result.
Shop all Categories - One of the more popular ways to browse for products at HDTVSupply.com is by using the Shop all Categories method. Our entire category listing is presented on the left side of every page so that you can select the product type you are interested in and view all items under that category.
Shop by Manufacturer - HDTVSupply.com offers the ability to scroll through a complete listing of all the manufacturers we carry. If you prefer a particular manufacturers to another or want something from a specific manufacturer but do not know the model number, utilizing the Shop all Brands feature can be a useful way to begin a search. Our Shop By Brand is located in the footer of our website, on the left hand side. Additionally, throughout the website, you may click on a manufacturer name at any time to return a list of all products under that manufacturer.
What can I enter in the search box? Type in any search criteria, including:
- Complete part numbers
- Keywords
- Manufacturer names
- Combination of any above
After you type in your search query, click the search arrow to begin your search. The actual search results will be displayed on the page. You may narrow your results by selecting "search within the results".
Can't find the product you're looking for? Even if the product you need isn't listed in our search results, we can most likely get it. Call our sales office at 833-WOLFPACK (833-965-3722).
How do I find more detailed technical information about a product? We have additional technical information, including links to datasheets and manuals, for many products. When available, you'll find links to technical information on the product detail page under the "Specs" tab. If there is no additional technical information available, use our Shop By Brand to access technical information on manufacturer sites.
Why aren't there any results for my search? If no parts match your criteria, you have probably entered too many criteria or you may have mistyped your keyword or part number. If you entered multiple keywords, on our no results page, our site will break out your phrase into individual keywords and display the number of search results for each keyword. If this is not helpful, start a new search, use the Product Browse or reference the Shop By Brand to find the product you need.
