This HDMI Extender with Active Equalizing provides a double female connection which allows two HDMI cables to be combined for up to 100' total length at 1080i and 82 feet at 1080p. The HDMI Extender extends the length of any HDMI cable by regenerating the HDMI signal before it outputs to the HDMI equipped displays and eliminates the digital noise (sparkles) you see due to long, small gauge HDMI cables.

NOTE 1: This HDMI booster is compatible with HDTV's with a 120/200/600 Hz frame rate and Blu-ray, HD-DVD DVD players etc. with a 24 Hz frame rate.

NOTE 2: This HDMI Extender works only at the end, or near the HDTV, not at the source device. The HDMI booster is placed near the display to remove any noise that has been generated by a long HDMI cable.
