This HDMI Booster extends the length of an HDMI cable up to 131 feet by regenerating the HDMI signal before it sends the outputs to the HDMI monitor or projector. The HDMI booster goes at the TV end of the cable and comes with an AC adapter to supply additional power to get a picture with a longer HDMI cable. This HDMI Booster has an iron shell for better EMI elimination and it will clean out the digital noise (sparkles) in your picture. With the unique designed design, this HDMI Booster can be attached to a structure with the supplied "L" bracket.

The HDMI Booster has an adjustment on a special designed equalizer that can be adjusted to give the best picture quality on a long HDMI cable. For best results adjust the EQ from 0 to 7, according to the different length of HDMI cable. It also comes with an AC adapter to provide additional voltage and current to drive a long HDMI cable.

NOTE: These HDMI boosters works only at the end, or near the HDTV, not at the source device. The HDMI booster is placed near the display to remove any noise that has been generated by a long HDMI cable. Connect the output of the source device into the input of HDMI Repeater and connect the output to the HDMI display unit. Q: Does it support 4K?
A: It has been tested with a Mac Pro and 4KTV and it worked at these refresh rates 4096 x 2160 could not adjust refresh rates 3840 x 2160 refresh rates of 24, 25 and 30 we do not have a TV that supports 4K at 60 Hertz yet but I would assume this booster would also work.
