Why should I buy from HDTVSupply.com? We have been in business for years online with thousands of orders shipped domestically as well as international. We have been in business since 2002 with over 50,000 customers. Orders are shipped domestically as well as international including Canada and 40 other countries.
Can we get a quote on an item? Sure, we understand that you may require a quote on each item sometimes. Please email us or call us at 833-WOLFPACK (833-965-3722) and we will respond to you with a quote.
Will you charge sales tax? Only orders in California will be charged sales tax. If you are in CA and buying items for resale please fax your certificate to (800) 435-2623.
When will my order ship? We stock 100's of items and 99% of all orders ship the same day if the order comes in by 11:00 AM PST.
I never received a confirmation email of my order. Bogus or invalid email addresses will not receive confirmation or tracking information. If you made an error in your email address we can send you an invoice for your records just email us at support@NOSPAMhdtvsupply.com - Delete NOSPAM. You also may not hit "submit order" on the final checkout page. If you return to our site it usually holds the shopping cart.
Why was my order canceled? Usually this is because you did not supply the correct billing address for the credit card used. The second most popular is you selected PayPal for payment and never sent the funds via the PayPal link. We request this information via Email most of the time the day you placed your order. This is why a valid email address is very important. If we do not get a response within 7 days we cancel the order.

I am a local customer can I stop buy to pick up my items? We do not have a store front but if planned correctly we can leave it at the UPS store. Please call us. If your order comes in by 11:00 AM we usually ship on the same day.
We are from the US Government, can we get a quote on an item? We understand that the Government and others require a quote on each item sometimes. Please email us or call us at 833-WOLFPACK (833-965-3722) and we will respond to your quote. All items pricing is on our website.
What are my shipping options? We ship most orders via UPS, USPS Priority and USPS First Class Air Mail. You have the option of choosing what method of UPS shipping you desire at checkout. If you choose UPS ground shipping, your order may take between 2 to 8 days depending on were you live as we ship from Los Angeles.
Do you have Rush Orders? Yes. All rush orders including overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day orders must be placed by 12 noon PST in order to be shipped out that same day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST may not be shipped until the following business day but we'll try to get the order out on the same day.
How do I track my order? If we have shipped by UPS you have the ability to track your package online. Simply log into your order, open the order that you desire to track and click on the tracking number.
I need a copy of an Invoice. Please see the "contact us" link email us as much information as you can, ie: order number, ship to, name, and addresses and etc. Include an Email address or Fax number where to send the Invoice.
I need an item tomorrow do you ship overnight (Next Day Air)? Yes, our cutoff time is 2PM Pacific Standard Time If after 2PM. please give us a call and we will see what we can do for you. Also we stock many products in different locations, and sometime direct ship from the manufacturer. If you urgently need it tomorrow please give us a call and we will do our best.
I need to Cancel or modify my Order. If you wish to cancel your order please respond to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. Please state you wish to cancel we will respond promptly. Can you use our UPS FedEx shipper number? In certain situations we may be able to use your UPS / Fedex account. Please add it to your checkout notes and we will let you know if we can use it
