This Privacy Policy for California Residents is an addition to the information outlined in our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to all visitors, users, and other individuals residing in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request to know or delete personal information related to you.

Response Timing and Format

We will substantively respond to a verifiable request within 45 days of receiving it. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason and the extended timeline in writing.

Our response will cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. If applicable, we will explain why we cannot comply with the request. We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to verifiable requests, unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine a fee is warranted, we will inform you and provide an estimate before proceeding.
