Right to Know and Data Portability
You have the right to request that we disclose specific information about how we collect and use your personal information over the past 12 months (the "right to know"). After we receive your request and confirm your identity (see Exercising Your Rights to Know or Delete), we will disclose the following:

  • The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The categories of sources from which we collected your personal information.
  • Our business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling that personal information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.

    • Sales: Identifying the categories of personal information that were sold, along with the categories of recipients who purchased it.
    • Disclosures for Business Purposes: Identifying the categories of personal information that were disclosed and the third parties who received it.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).

We do not provide the right to know or data portability for business-to-business (B2B) personal information.

Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions (the "right to delete"). Once we receive your request and confirm your identity (see Exercising Your Rights to Know or Delete), we will review it to determine if any exceptions allow us to retain the information. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

  1. Complete a transaction for which we collected your personal information, provide a service you requested, fulfill the terms of a warranty or product recall, or perform our contract with you.
  2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious activity, or prosecute fraudulent or illegal actions.
  3. Debug products to identify and fix errors that impair functionality.
  4. Exercise free speech or ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights.

  9. Make other lawful uses of the information that are compatible with the original context in which it was provided.

We do not provide deletion rights for B2B personal information.

Exercising Your Rights to Know or Delete
To exercise your rights to know or delete, please submit a request by:

  • Emailing us at support@hdtvsupply.com
  • Visiting our website at www.hdtvsupply.com

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request to know or delete personal information related to you.

You may submit a request to know or delete twice within a 12-month period. Your request must:

  • Provide sufficient information to verify your identity or that you are authorized to make the request. This may include submission of an identification card.
  • Describe your request in enough detail for us to understand and evaluate it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.

You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request. However, requests made through your password-protected account will be considered sufficiently verified if the request is associated with that account.

We will use the personal information provided solely to verify the identity of the requestor and the request.

Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days. If you do not receive confirmation within this time frame, please contact us at support@hdtvsupply.com.

We will substantively respond to a verifiable request within 45 days of receiving it. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason and the extended timeline in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response through your account. If not, we will deliver it by mail or electronically, at your preference.

Our response will cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. If applicable, we will explain why we cannot comply with the request. For data portability requests, we will provide your personal information in a format that is easily usable and allows you to transfer it to another entity.

We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to verifiable requests, unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine a fee is warranted, we will inform you and provide an estimate before proceeding.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights
If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including discounts or other benefits, or impose penalties.
  • Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price, rate, or quality of goods or services.

However, we may offer certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA, which may result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any financial incentive program we offer will reasonably relate to the value of your personal information and will include written terms describing the program’s material aspects. Participation in any such financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
