This Avenview C-HDM-COMPVGA HDMI to Component/VGA with Audio Converter is a down converter that is designed to accept HDMI signals and convert it to the corresponding full HD video along with audio to either a VGA or YPbPr (component) output. The audio is converted to both a digital S/PDIF optical output and an analog RCA stereo output. This converted video signal can then be fed to a monitor or a projector, and the audio signal sent to a speaker system.
