1. If the digital monitor being used has a problem with a steady setup menu, just also run the mode with coax to a television tuned to Channel 3 which was steady. Then try the different resolutions with the HDMI cable also connected to the digital monitor. With some monitors the initial resolution of 1080i may cause the image to roll so change to 1080p and it should work perfectly on the HDMI monitor.
2. After scanning for the stations, several with the same virtual channel may be skipped when using the channel up or down button. Go back into the menu and used the manual search setup on the channel by going to the RF channel and then the channel with the duplicate virtual number was not skipped.

A: 1. If the digital monitor being used has a problem with a steady setup menu just also run the mode with a coax to a television tuned to Channel 3 which will be steady. When I changed to 1080p, it worked perfectly on the HDMI monitor.

I went back into the menu and used the manual search setup on the channel by going to the RF channel and then the channel with the duplicate virtual number was not skipped.
3. My HDMI monitor does not have speakers so I just ran the audio cables to a stereo amp and the result is super video and audio.
4. The LED display on the front of the tuner rather than show a channel number shows a memory location.
